These features are included within each template, and are optional for each and every customer to use as you can turn them on and off as you deem necessary, features include the following:

• Content Manager & Site Settings - This easy-to-use management system will have you adding, editing and creating content in seconds. It's extremely easy to use, even if you have limited word processing skills (typing, cut and paste, etc.) you will be an expert working the content manager.

• Intranet – Acting as a micro-site within the template, this password protected area has its own content manager to allow for unlimited pages and easy updating. Document sharing gives your members an easy way to exchange pertinent information. An Intranet only calendar acts as a great reference for meeting times and locations. Archive meeting minutes, information on past fundraising events and more. View Demo
  
  
• On-Line Donations – Accept donations online. You will immediately be alerted to donations being made on your site. After you are alerted that a donation has been made, you simply enter your launch pad and access the donations section. Here you will be presented with all of the credit card information as well as contact information. You then manually process the credit card for the donation to be completed. View Demo
  
  
• Online Auctions/Shopping Cart – Raise money through auctions or selling donated items online. Users register themselves and their information will be stored in your own database. When a bid is won, the user will be notified automatically as well as the auction admin. The user will provide credit card information to complete the transaction or alert you that they will be sending a check or money order. • E-blast & HTML Newsletters – Within the contact section of all templates there will be a form that will generate a database and give you the ability to send an e-mail blast. As a web viewer, they will have the option to fill-out a contact form or add themselves to the e-blast database when registering for the message board or online auction. Once filled out, their name will be submitted to your database. Now when you are ready to contact your database, one single e-mail can be written and sent to all of those who have signed up. This is referred to as an e-mail blast. You also have an option to import a third party email list or use the e-blast database and then send the email message as a text message or as an HTML email using a pre-formatted HTML Newsletter. • Calendars – Alert site visitors to upcoming scheduled events, meetings or any relevant dates. The calendar is viewed by month, then dates can be selected to view the events for that particular day. View Demo
  
  
• Home Page Alerts – Dynamic home page pop-up allows your club to promote timely and important information and direct the site visitor to an internal portion of the web site. This pop-up, which is easily turned on and off also comes with an ability to schedule the date as to which it should begin being displayed and the date it should be turned off. View Demo
  
  
• Event Registration Form – Although the content manager has a form builder and forms can be created on any given page, you have access to an event registration form that comes pre-populated with form fields (first name, last name, address1, address 2, city, state, zip, phone, email and comments). Simply add the event title, when and where as well as a description, then you place that event registration form on any given page of the site through the content manager. • Live Chat – Give your site visitors an ability to generate live discussions through this chat application. Works great if discussions wanted to be had even if some people are off site or an emergency meeting was needed, it could be held through the chat application. • Message Boards – Generate discussion threads and have site visitors view and make comments. Another avenue to generate names from the web site as users will have to register to post messages. View Demo
  
  
• Surveys/Polls – Place a survey or poll on any given page of the site. Answers generate percentage results immediately to the site viewer after he/she submits their response. • Unlimited E-Mail Accounts – Give everyone on your staff an email account. You can set-up either POP based email (i.e. Outlook Express) and/or web based email accounts (where you can log-in from anywhere that you have Internet access to check your email).
